HTLA uses a custom online lunch ordering system called HTLA Cafe. We are still currently under development to making ordering more safe and easy.

1) Visit: http://www.hthla.org/cafe

 

2) Enter your username and password, same as your e-mail

a. If it is your first time you will be asked to enter your student ID or temporary ID.

 

3) You will be greeted with a summary or what you have ordered. To order food, click on “Order Food” from the top menu.

 

4) Scroll down to the dates in which meal, either breakfast and/or lunch, you would like to order for each day of the current week and the following week.

 

5) Your balance is shown on the top left and right hand corner.

 

6) Click on the drop down menus for your choices, when you choose a meal, it will automatically deduct it from your account status. However, you will not be billed until 8:00pm.

 

7) To deposit money into your account, at the top menu, click on “Refill Balance." Proceed with the following options to deposit more money into your account.

 

 

There will be a warning on the front page if you have not turned in your meal application. Make sure to do so by following the instructions.

 

The minimum deposit in ordering is one week and above worth of meals. We will not be accepting per meal deposits.

 

    i. Cash must be enclosed in an envelope and labeled with:

        1. First and last name

        2. Grade level

        3. Advisor’s name

    ii. Envelope must be turned into the main office, NOT AT LUNCH LINE.

    iii. You will be given a card to be redeemed online.

    iv. No Checks

 

 

    i. You will have the option to pay by PayPal.

    ii. We accept $25, $50, and $100 through PayPal

    iii. Simply click on the amount you want to deposit.

    iv. You will be linked to PayPal’s website to enter your credit card information

     v. Submit and you have successfully deposit money into your account.

    vi. You can now go back and order lunch.

 

     i. Fill out a meal application (available on the HTLA website, at the office, in your registration packet), or at this link: http://www.hthla.org/cafe/app.doc

    ii. Turn the application in to Mrs. Reed in the Main Office.

    iii. You will be notified if you qualify for free or reduced price meals

    iv. Qualified students’ accounts will be updated to reflect either a free or reduced price meal.

    v. Students who qualify for free meals will not need to add any money to their account

    vi. Students who qualify for reduced price meals will need to add money to their account (either via PayPal or envelope of cash to the main office).
