Online Silent Auction
Dear HTLA Parents and Supporters,
Each year HTLA hosts a Spring Fundraiser, which is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. Since we will be unable to host our usual event this year, we will be organizing an Online Silent Auction that will run the week of April 5th, 2021. The money raised at this event will be used to help us provide technology for all students, fund educational field trips, purchase essential PPE equipment to ensure a safe learning environment, and continue the programs that our community needs.
We are currently accepting donations for our Online Silent Auction and need YOUR help! If you, your company, or someone you know would be able to donate items such as gift cards/services (restaurant, beauty, fitness, photography, tutoring, etc) sports memorabilia, travel/experiences (hotel stay, wine/beer tasting, Vacation Home Rentals) it would be a huge help to our auction!
We estimate that our Online Silent Auction will reach 1000+ people including HTLA students, parents, stuff, alumni, and community members. The event is well publicized through social media, direct phone call campaigns, fliers and posters in our community, and on our school website. Your business will be promoted in our event advertisements, and on our website at www.ht-la.org. The donation may also be eligible for a tax deduction.
